Hosted by Mickiah & Co., Austell's most intimate supper-club experience is here with a one-afternoon-only jazz-inspired wine and food pairing that will engage every sense. Where Jazz Meets the Table
At the intersection of melody and flavor, Sip & Sway is crafted for the connoisseur who refuses to choose between exceptional wine and exceptional music. Five wines have been specially selected by a certified sommelier, each one chosen to complement the precise flavors, textures, and lingering notes of the chef's five handcrafted small plates.
In a beautiful inversion of the usual order, the menu was built in reverse: the chef designed each dish around the wine, allowing every course to unfold in perfect dialogue with the pour beside it. The result is a pairing that feels deliberate, intimate, and quietly remarkable.
Jazz sets the tone from arrival to farewell, wrapping the room in a jazz-inspired atmosphere that feels both luminous and close. Muted brass warms the air, brushed percussion moves like a soft heartbeat, and the piano drifts through the space with the hush of candlelight and the richness of a late afternoon well spent.

Truffles Deviled Eggs & Champagne Brut
A luxurious opening. Crispy prosciutto crowns a silky truffle deviled egg, met with the bright, toasty effervescence of a Champagne Brut. The perfect first impression.
Mini Crab Cakes & Sauvignon Blanc
Delicate crab cakes with lemon aioli, paired with the crisp citrus and herbaceous lift of a Sauvignon Blanc. Light, bright, and beautifully balanced.
Beef Short Rib Ragù & Cabernet Sauvignon
Slow-braised short rib ragù over mashed potato shooters, paired with a bold Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich, deep, and deeply satisfying.
Stuffed Mushrooms & Pinot Noir
Earthy mushrooms filled with spinach and Parmesan, paired with the elegant, silky notes of a Pinot Noir. A pairing that speaks in whispers.
Chicken & Waffle Bites & Prosecco
A playful finale. Crispy chicken and waffle bites with spicy maple glaze, lifted by the gentle sweetness and bubbles of a Prosecco. The perfect send-off.

Welcome reception. Guests arrive, settle in, and receive their first pour as jazz fills the room.
